Returns & Exchanges
At Grimfrost Intl, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
